欠发达地区承接产业转移的路径研究——以山东菏泽市为例

Study on the Path of Undertaking Industrial Transfer in Less- developed Regions——Taking Heze City of Shandong as an Example

鉴于菏泽市产业发展的实际和与邻边市域比较具有的优势,以及产业转移的综合性、阶段性和梯度性等特点,当前和今后一个时期,菏泽市要以市场为导向,以科技创新为动力,以产业优化升级为主线,利用政策的叠加效应、丰富的矿产资源、突出的区位特点、便捷的交通运输、稳固的产业基础、配套的涉外机构等,积极承接好发达地区的产业转移,实现发达地区与欠发达地区良性互动,逐步形成分工合理、特色鲜明、优势互补的现代产业体系。

In view of actual development of the industry and the comparative advantage with adjacent cities,together with comprehensive,stage and gradient features of industry transfer,in the current and future period,Heze City should take the market as the guidance,the innovation in science and technology as the driving force,industrial optimization and upgrading as the main line,using policies of the superposition effect,rich mineral resources,prominent regional characteristics,convenient transportation,solid industrial base and supporting foreign institutions to actively undertake the developed area industry transfer,realize the positive interaction between developed and underdeveloped areas and gradually form a modern industrial system of the rational division of labor,distinctive features and complementary advantages.
