摘要
在我国互联网的高速发展下,随着计算机软件的迅速发展和普遍使用,计算机软件著作权违法与犯罪现象也日益凸显,如何对计算机软件进行有效的法律保护已经成为当前的重要课题。应当从立法、司法、执法三个阶段以及软件开发人员、行政执法人员、软件使用者、第三方软件平台四个角度全面保护软件著作权。
With the rapid development and the widespread use of computer software,violation and crime of software copyright has become increasingly prominent. Therefore how to effectively protect the computer software has become an important issue at present. It should be done by comprehensively protecting software developers,administrative enforcement officers,software users and the third party software platform in stages of the legislative,judicature and law enforcement.
