前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌手术中的临床应用 被引量：2

摘要 乳腺癌传统的腋窝手术方式为腋窝淋巴结切除术(axillary lymph node dissection,ALND),其意义在于指导乳腺癌分期、治疗、判断预后,但ALND导致术后诸多的并发症显而易见,且对腋窝淋巴结阴性病人无治疗意义。前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)技术可以提供准确的腋窝淋巴结分期,而且前哨淋巴结(SLN)阴性患者SLNB替代ALND并不明显增加复发率和并发症。欧美等发达国家和地区,保乳治疗已代替乳房切除成为早期乳腺癌的主要治疗模式。SLNB与保乳治疗两者完美结合,更为早期乳腺癌的治疗开创了一个新时代。
