山东省开展农村综合改革标准化工作探讨

农村综合改革是党和国家加强"三农"工作的一项重大部署。标准化作为科学化和民主化的制度形式,在农村综合改革中可以发挥重要支撑作用。2013年,国家财政部和国家标准委设立了第一批国家级农村综合改革标准化试点,各省也陆续开展农村综合改革标准化工作。本文分析了目前农村综合改革标准化工作背景、先进省市工作经验和做法,并提出了山东省开展农村综合改革标准化工作建议。希望能够为政府决策提供依据,为相关工作和研究提供理论基础。

Comprehensive reform in rural areas is a major deployment of three rural issues in China. As the system of the scientific and democratic form, standardization plays an important supporting role in comprehensive reform in rural areas. This paper analyzes the working background, work experience and practice of many typical provinces in comprehensive reform in rural areas, proposing some suggestions for Shandong province.
