摘要
本研究采用个案研究的方法,跟踪四名师范院校英语专业本科生参加教育实践课程的过程,了解职前英语教师学科教学知识的养成途径。研究结果表明:导师辅导、真实课堂教学经验、教学反思是主要途径,听课与研习是次要途径。此外,不同维度知识养成程度不同,其中学科内容与技能知识、教师自我知识、课程与教材知识这三个维度有相当明显的积累与提升。
By employing the method of a case study, this paper investigated the cultivation of four pre-service English teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK) through teaching practicum. It is found that the approaches of PCK cultivation mainly include mentorship, real classroom teaching, reflection, classroom observation, and debriefing. And different component of PCK has been differently cultivated, among which knowledge of subject content and skills, knowledge of self, and knowledge of the teaching material are greatly influenced.
