高职政校合作开办“村官”大专班的创新与启示——以广东省河源职业技术学院“村官”大专班办学为例

Innovation and Enlightenment of Junior College for“Village Official”Jointly Found by Official Departments and Vocational and Technical Colleges——Taking the Junior College for“Village Official”in Heyuan Polytechnic of Guangdong as an Example

"村官"是我国最基层的管理者,他们的素质决定了基层工作的管理水平与社会的稳定和发展,近年来,广东省河源职业技术学院与河源市委组织部政校合作开办的"村官"大专学历教育班,首次按量身定做的方法通过正规的高等教育大规模地提升现任"村官"的素质,并收到了较好的效果,这种政校合作"村官"大专学历教育办学的经验与启示,值得在全省、全国同类"村官"素质提升项目借鉴和推广。

＂Village official＂is the junior manager in China. The quality of village official determines the manage ability of grass-roots work and the stability and development of society. In recent years, the junior college for village official, jointly found by Heyuan Polytechnic and Organization Department of Heyuan, firstly tried to largely improve the quality of village officials by the way of standard college education according to the actual circumstances and received a good result. The experiences and enlightenment of junior college for village official jointly found by official departments and vocational and technical colleges should be used and popularized in the project of improving the quality of village official all over the province and even all over China.
