摘要
在分析职业胜任力内涵的理论和我国高职市场营销专业发展现状的基础之上,建立高职市场营销专业学生职业胜任力模型,并在此基础上构建高职院校市场营销专业职业胜任力培养体系,即构建职业胜任力课程体系、创设科学实训体系、良好的实训条件和师资队伍。
Based on the analysis of occupation competency theory and the connotation of China’s vocational and technical marketing professional development, the occupation competency model of marketing major students in vocational and technical colleges should be established, and based on the construction, the training system of professional occupation competency can be improved, which namely includes the construction of occupation competency curriculum system, the establishment of scientific training system, good training conditions and teachers.
