地铁振动对精密仪器的影响预测和对策研究 被引量:10

摘要 某仪器场临近规划地铁线路,需要考虑地铁运营后对厂内精度要求很高的三坐标测量仪器的影响及相应的隔振措施,在已运营线路不同轨道隔振地段临线不同距离内,按国家和国际精密仪器振动评价参数,对地铁运行时地面的振动响应进行了测试,分析其对三坐标测量仪的振动影响。结果表明,在不同轨道隔振区段临线一定范围内,地铁运行时的地面振动均不满足通用振动标准级的要求;浮置板轨道的位移峰值已超过国标限值;同时验证了振动放大区的存在。建议针对该精密仪器采取防微振措施。 An electronics industry is located near a planned metro line in Suzhou City. In order to evaluate the vibration influence induced by metro train on the high-precision 3-coord- ingate measuring machine produced in this factory and provide vibration reduction suggestions to the metro operation compa- ny, the vibration on the ground during the operation of metro train was tested in different track vibration isolation sections of Suzhou metro Line 2, and analyzed by national and interna- tional evaluation parameters of precise equipment. Results show that the ground vibration during metro operation in dif- ferent track vibration isolation sections could not meet the re- quirements of VC-D, and the displacement amplitudes on the ground have exceeded the limit of international standard when the floating slab track is used, at the same time, the existence of vibration amplifying zone has been verified. Some sugges- tions are put forward to adopt necessary isolation methods for precise instrument.
