摘要
目的:探讨高温下进行有氧运动对降低高脂饮食大鼠高脂血症的干预效果。方法:150只大鼠进行高脂饮食喂养4周后,随机将其分为五组:高温有氧运动组30只小鼠给予高温有氧运动干预,每天使大鼠在36℃高温下跑步10min,持续3周;常温有氧运动组给予常温有氧运动干预,每天使大鼠在23℃常温下跑步10min,持续3周;药物治疗组30只,每天给予大鼠辛伐他汀1mg干预;低脂饮食治疗组30只,每天给予低脂饮食喂养;常规饮食对照组30只给予高脂饮食喂养。结果:低密度脂蛋白干预实施3周后,高温有氧运动组、常温有氧运动组、药物治疗组和低脂饮食治疗组的大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量明显下降,而血清HDL-C明显增加,相比常规饮食对照组有统计学意义;高温有氧运动组与常温有氧运动组相比,血清TC和LDLC含量下降更多,两组相比有统计学意义,而两组相比血清HDL-C含量升高无统计学意义;高温有氧运动组相比于饮食治疗组降低血清TC、LDL-C效果更明显,差异具有统计学意义,且血清HDLC升高更多;高温有氧运动组与药物治疗组相比无统计学意义。结论:高温下进行有氧运动可以显著降低大鼠血清TC、LDL-C含量,其效果与药物治疗相当,且优于常温下的有氧运动和饮食疗法。
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of aerobic exercise under high temperature which can reduce the hyperlipidemia of rats fed with high fat diet.Methods:150rats were randomly selected and fed with a high fat diet,after 4weeks,it can be divided into 5groups at random:30mice in high temperature aerobic exercise group were given high temperature aerobic exercise intervention,and the rats were made to running at 36 ℃ 10 min every day,lasting for 3weeks;normal temperature aerobic exercise group was given room temperature aerobic exercise intervention,every day the mice were made to running for 10 min at 23 ℃for 3weeks;every day 1mg simvastatin was given to the 30 rats in drug treatment group of to intervene;a low fat diet was given to the 30 rats in low fat diet treatment group every day;in regular diet control group,a high fat diet was offered to 30 rats continually.After three weeks the serum TC,LDL-C content of the rats in each group were compared.Results:After three weeks' intervention,the serum TC,LDL-C content of rats in high temperature aerobic exercise group,the normal temperature aerobic exercise group,drug treatment group and the low fat diet treatment group decreased obviously,and the serum HDL-C increased obviously,and it has the statistical significance compared with the conventional diet control group.When the high temperature aerobic exercise group compared with normal temperature aerobic exercise group,the content of serum TC and LDL-C decreased more,and it had the statistical significance while the rose content of serum HDL-C had no statistical significance;compared to the diet therapy group,the high temperature aerobic exercise group could reduce the serum TC,LDL-C more evidently,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant,serum HDL-C leel elevated more,and the differences were significant.Compared with the drug therapy group,the high temperature aerobic exercise group had no statistical significance.Conclusion:Under the high temperature aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the rats serum content of TC,LDL-C,its effect has no significant difference with drug therapy,and is better than the aerobic exercise and diet therapy in normal temperature.Therefore,high temperature aerobic exercise has obvious effects for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
