摘要
为了解决三列角接触球轴承径向负荷分配及其应力、变形关系的问题,本文在单列角接触球轴承拟静力学研究的基础上,利用钢球最大承载及径向总负荷的关系,并考虑到离心力修正问题,采用拟静力学方法,导出各列负荷及其应力和变形的表达式,并采用有限元方法计算了在既得变形情况下的应力分布情况。
To solve the problem of radial load distribution and to calculate the stress and deformation of three row angular contact ball bearing combination,each load with stress and deformation expression was deduced by quasi-static analysis. These conclusions are based on the study of the single row angular contact ball bearing. In this article,the centrifugal force and the relationship of largest ball bearing load and total radial load was considered. Finally,stress distribution in specific deformation conditions was calculated by finite element analysis.
