摘要
本文首先介绍了河北省高新技术产业集群的发展现状,指出绩效评价的重要性。根据确定的绩效评价原则,采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法结合相关统计、调研数据对河北省高新技术产业集群进行绩效评价,得出河北省高新技术产业集群绩效属于中等水平的结论,存在着不足,并提出了促进河北省高新技术产业聚集发展的对策。
This paper first introduces the development of high- tech industry clusters in Hebei Province,and then points out the importance of performance evaluation. According to the performance evaluation principle,using the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with relevant statistics,survey data on the high-tech industrial clusters and the performance evaluation in Hebei Province,high-tech industry cluster performance stays at the medium leve.
