和谐生态视域下京津冀统筹管理水资源路径研究

A Study on the Path of the Integrated Management of the Water Resources with Harmonious Ecology in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

京津冀水资源严重短缺,已成为经济社会发展的瓶颈。本文从分析京津冀水资源现状和存在问题出发,借鉴国内外先进的研究成果,深入研究探讨了京津冀统筹管理水资源的新路径,提出了解决三地水资源紧缺问题的切实可行的建议和措施,对促进京津冀协同发展、构建和谐的生态环境具有重大的现实意义。

There is a serious shortage of water resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which has become the bottleneck of economic and social development. From the analysis of the present situation of water resources and the existing problems in Beijing and Tianjin,this paper explores a new path to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated management of water resources by borrowing and absorbing the domestic and foreign advanced research results,proposing three feasible solutions and measures. This helps promote the coordinated development of Beijing and Tianjin. It is of great practical significance to build a harmonious ecological environment.
