玩兴与创造:基于个体和组织视角分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于现有研究将玩兴分解为个体玩兴和组织玩兴气氛,对玩兴与创造力关系的文献进行了梳理,形成了玩兴对创造力产生积极作用的主要路径。一方面,作为个体的玩兴特质,玩兴的投入享受、寻求新奇、自我坚持、接纳变化等特质与创造力有显著的正相关关系;另一方面,作为组织的内部环境,玩兴气氛通过改变压力情境、人际情境、自我认知和内在动机,促进组织创新。为玩兴与创造力关系研究提供了总体分析框架,提出基于中国文化背景下的本土化研究、玩兴对创造力的动态作用机制研究两个未来研究方向。 Existing research has shown positive relationship between playfulness and creativity. For one thing,being a personality including enjoying,novelty-seeking,self-persisting and relaxing,playfulness has positive correlation with creativity; for another,being an inside climate of organization,playfulness can relief employees' lassitude and tension,improve the atmosphere,and thus increases work satisfaction and the ability to create. The paper reviewed existing research of the relationship between playfulness and creativity,and then proposed two directions of future research.
