摘要 建筑智能化系统涉及到大量基础设施设备,这些设备资产运营维护的好坏直接影响到建筑智能化价值的体现。基于三维可视化技术的智能化运维管理平台在建筑集成管理系统(IBMS)的基础上,将多而杂的设备空间信息、相对位置及拓扑关系直观地展现给管理者,同时还能实现应急预案的仿真模拟及指挥调度管理,建筑能耗监测分析及决策支持,便于非专业管理者对专业管理信息的易理解性,有利于提高管理者的决策效率,提升建筑智能化系统运维效率,保障系统的正常运行,降低运营成本本文将通过分析建筑智能化运维管理平台的现状,结合先进的运维理念,探讨基于三维可视化技术的智能化运维管理平台的功能分析、架构设计及平台优势。 Building intelligent system involves a large number of infrastructure equipment, the quality of the operation and maintenance of these equipment assets have a direct impact on the embodiment of the value of intelligent building. On the bases of integrated building management system(IBMS), the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform based on 3D visualization technology, intuitively displayed to the administrator the multiple and miscellaneous equipment space information and the relative position and topological relation, it also can realize the simulation of emergency plan simulation and command dispatch management, building energy consumption monitoring analysis and decision support, it' s helpful for non professional administrator easily understanding professional management information, and it' s conducive to improve the efficiency of management decisions, boost the efficiency of building intelligent system operation and maintenance, and ensure the normal operation of the system, reduce operating costs. This paper, by analyzing the status quo of the operation and maintenance management platform of intelligent building, combined with the advanced concept of operation and maintenance, discuss the function analysis, architecture design and the advantages of the intelligent operation and maintenance management platform based on the 3D visualization technology.
