右美托咪定基础麻醉联合局麻在Ⅰ期乳腺癌保乳手术中的应用

Application of Dexmedetomidine Based Anesthesia Combined with Local Anesthesia in Breast Reservation Operation for StageⅠ Breast Cancer

探讨右美托咪定基础麻醉联合局麻在Ⅰ期乳腺癌保乳手术中应用的可行性。将108例患者随机分为局麻组(A组)、右美托咪定基础麻醉联合局麻组(B组)、全身麻醉组(C组),每组36例,进行比较分析。结果显示A组和C组的麻醉不良反应事件发生率相近,但均高于B组(P<0.05)。B组和C组的麻醉成功率相等,但均高于A组(P<0.05)。三组的麻醉费用比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中B组较A组略高,C组最高。右美托咪定基础麻醉联合局麻可以满足Ⅰ期乳腺癌保乳手术的麻醉需要,麻醉安全,不良反应最少,费用较低,值得临床应用。

To explore the feasibility of dexmedetomidine based anesthesia combined with local anesthesia in breast reservation operation for stage Ⅰ breast cancer. 108 cases were randomly divided into Iocat anesthesia group （group A）, dexmedetomidine based anesthesia combined with local anesthesia group （group B） and general anesthesia group （group C）, with 36 cases in each group, for comparative analysis. The anesthesia adverse event rates of group A and group C were similar, but both higher than that of group B （P〈0.05）. In group B and group C, the success rate of anesthesia were equal, but both higher than that of group A （P〈0.05）. The cost of anesthesia was compared between the 3 groups, there were differences in statistics （P〈0.05）, and group B was slightly higher than in group A, group C was the highest. Dexmedetomidine based anesthesia combined with local anesthesia can meet the anesthesia needs in breast reservation operation for stageⅠbreast cancer. It is safe, with less adverse effects, low cost, and is worthy of clinical application.
