摘要
研究乳腺癌中生长抑制因子4(ING4)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)相关性及意义,采用组织芯片免疫组化技术检测83例乳腺癌组织、16例癌旁组织中ING4、MMP-9的表达,阳性表达率分别是56.6%、87.5%和71.1%、37.5%,与组织学分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05)。两者表达呈负相关,提示ING4和MMP-9在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要调控作用,临床联合检测可为乳腺癌早期诊断、临床个性化治疗及预后提供一定参考。
To investigate the correlation and significance of ING4 and MMP-9 in breast cancer, they were detected by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarray in 83 breast cancer and 16 para-carcinoma tissues. The positive expression rate was 56. 6%, 87. 5%; 71. 1%, 37. 5% respectively and they were associated with histological grade, lymphnode metastasis, clinical stages (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between them. So they may play important role in development and progression of breast cancer. Joint detection could provide reference for early diagnosis, individual treatment, prognosis of breast carcinoma.
