癌症患者歧视知觉的成因与影响

Causes and Influences of Perceived Discrimination in Patients with Cancer

癌症具有危害大、治愈率低、易复发、病死率高、经济负担重等特点,患者往往面临着巨大的社会心理压力。患者的歧视知觉就是一个不容忽视的社会心理学问题。歧视知觉可由对癌症的恐惧、癌症的病因、治疗副作用引起的损伤及患者经济负担等原因引起。歧视知觉可能对患者心理产生负面影响,延误患者的病情,并促使患者隐瞒病史。本文结合国外研究介绍了癌症歧视知觉的成因及影响,并提出一系列干预措施,以期能为国内相关研究抛砖引玉。

Cancer include such traits as heavy harmfulness, low cure rate, easy recurrence, high mortality and weighty economy burden, so patients often confront huge psychosocial pressures. Perceived discrimination is one of the most common psychosocial issues. It is often caused by the fear of cancer, causes of cancer, adverse effects of treatment and financial burden of family. It can also produce negative psychological impacts on patients with cancer, delay diagnosis and treatment and hide their own disease history from others. This article introduces foreign research progress in causes and influences of cancer perceived discrimination, and propose some intervention measures in hope to come up with valuable opinions to accelerate correlative researches in China.
