窄带成像支气管镜在支气管肺癌诊断中的应用 被引量:4

Application of narrow-band imaging bronehoscopy in diagnosis of lung cancer

摘要 窄带成像作为一种新的内镜技术,用于探测黏膜及黏膜下微血管形态的病理改变。窄带成像目前应用于早期肺癌及癌前病变的诊断、肿瘤浸润范围的确定、根据血管模式确定恶性病变的组织学类型等。有研究证实,窄带成像诊断早期肺癌优于自荧光成像,但尚需进一步研究证实。 As a new endoscopic technique, narrow-band imaging (NBI) is used for detection of pathological changes on mucosal and submueosal microvaseular patterns. NBI is currently used in the diagnosis of early lung cancer and precancerous lesions, the extension of lung cancer, the relationship between vascular types and histological types. Studies have shown that NBI is better than autofluorescence imaging in detection of early lung cancer, but further research is needed to confirm the finding.
