心力衰竭并发房性心动过速1例
Nineteen-year-old male with 1-year history of heart failure and atrial tachycardia: case report
摘要
1对象和方法患者，男性，19岁，体质量69kg，山西翼城人。主因“阵发性心悸、气短1年，加重1个月”人院。患者于1年前无明显诱因感心悸、胸闷、气短不适，无头晕、晕厥，偶有黑朦，每次持续3～5rain后可自行缓解。自诉当地医院心电图提示房性心动过速，具体不详，未予以正规诊疗。近1个月来，患者自觉上述症状发作次数频繁，程度加重，持续时间延长，活动后气短明显，遂人我科。患者自发病来，精神食欲睡眠可，大小便正常，体重无明显改变。
