摘要
阐述了电磁铆接成形机理和其在复合材料结构件上的应用优势。介绍了电磁铆接技术在实现复合材料构件高质量、高效率的连接,以及改善大直径、难成形材料铆钉的铆接质量等方面的研究应用现状。并介绍了近年来低压电磁铆接设备的研制应用情况。最后指出电磁铆接技术应在变形机理、工艺和设备研制方面进行探索,指导实际复合材料装配工艺过程。
The electromagnetic riveting forming mechanism and the application advantages for composite materials are described. The current research status of electromagnetic riveting technology is discussed from aspects of the high quality and high efficiency mechanical connection of composite structures, the improvement of riveting quality of large-diameter and difficult-to-form material rivets, and so on. The researching and application status of the electromagnetic riveting system are reviewed. Finally, it is indicated that the electromagnetic riveting forming mechanism, process analysis, developing of equipments should be the keystones in the future.
