2219铝合金划痕损伤过程的有限元分析

摘要 利用有限元分析(FEA)软件ABAQUS模拟了2219铝合金材料划痕损伤过程,并分析了材料在不同压深下划痕过程中所受的应力以及划痕后对材料表面性能的影响。分析结果表明,划痕深度较小时,材料表面应力更加集中,划痕后的表面残余形貌存在凸起现象;然而划痕深度较大时,材料的残余拉应力也随之增大,划痕后的表面残余形貌不存在凸起现象。 A simulation was carried out to investigate scratch process for 2219 aluminum alloy by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The influence of the surface properties and stress distribution after scratch process at different pressures had been analyzed. The results show that the surface stress is more concentrated in the situation of the small depth of scratch process, and there is the surface morphology on the residual projection phenomenon after scratching. However, the tensile residual stress is increased because of large scratch depth and there is no residual topography projection phenomenon anymore.
