摘要
通过分析传统"钢铁制件粉末渗锌"工艺对于机械加工钢铁制件粉末渗锌的不足,采取钢铁制件机械加工后防锈处理、无氢脆粉末渗锌前处理、无表面损伤粉末渗锌前处理、低表面损伤热渗锌处理等工艺措施,实现了机械加工钢铁制件无氢脆、低表面损伤的粉末渗锌。
By analyzing why the traditional sherardizing technology for iron and steel articles is not applicable for machined iron and steel ones,this thesis takes such measures as anti-corrosion treatment after machining,no hydrogen brittleness sherardizing pretreatment,no surface damage sherardizing pretreatment,slight surface damage sherardizing etc to achieve no hydrogen brittleness and slight surface damage sherardizing for machined iron and steel articles.
