摘要
针对快时尚产品开发周期长和交货不及时的问题,提出对快时尚产品的开发流程进行结构建模、构建仿真实验平台的流程优化思路。通过实地调研案例企业,从中观层面梳理S品牌的产品开发流程。运用系统动力学方法进行流程建模,编制存量—流量图,并用微分方程定量描述变量间的数量关系,设定和测算流程的时间绩效指标,从技术上实现流程的同步并行仿真。使用STELLA软件对模型进行仿真、确认和验证。结果显示,通过批均值法处理的仿真估计值具有较好的无偏性、有效性和相合性。
To solve the problem of long cycle time and late delivery in fast fashion product development,the idea of process optimization was proposed to model the product development process of fast fashion structurally and build the simulation experiment platform.Through investigation of the case enterprise,the product development process of S brand was teased out from the middle level perspective.System dynamics was introduced to model the process and organize the stock-flow diagram.Differential equation was used to build the variables relationship quantitatively and calculate the time performance of process,which realized the synchronous parallel simulation of product development process technically.STELLA software was used to simulate,verify and validate the proposed model,and the results showed that simulation outputs coped with mean batch method was unbiased,effective and consistent.
