甘肃省高职教育区域中观失衡明显,应通过协调高职教育与区域经济发展,促进教育规模均衡;统筹高职教育与普通本科教育,促进教育层次均衡;协调高职专业结构与区域产业结构,促进专业结构均衡,从中观领域充分实现高职教育的区域均衡发展。

The regional meso imbalance for the higher vocational education in Gansu province is obvious, so we should coordinate between the higher vocational education and the regional economic development, promote the balanced development for the education scale, overall the ordinary higher vocational education and the ordinary undergraduate education, promote the balanced development for the education level, coordinate between the？specialty structure of the higher vocational education and the regional industrial structure,promote the balanced development for the specialty structure and fully realize the regional balanced development for the higher vocational education from the meso field.
