摘要 以中等职业学校来源于职业技术师范院校的教师为研究对象,从教师的专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力等三个方面调查分析教师的教育教学能力,旨在分析职业技术师范教育培养的优势与不足,并据此提出提高职业技术师范院校人才培养质量的建议:进一步强化职业技术师范教育,突出办学特色;改善生源结构,提高学生综合素质;注重实践教学能力培养,提高"双师"素质;创新教师培养模式,完善人才培养方案。 With secondary vocational school teachers in vocational and technical colleges as the research object, to investigate the teachers' professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge, professional ability analysis of teacher education and teaching ability, the purpose is to analyze advantages and disadvantages vocational education for training teachers, according to these factors, the suggestions are proposed on the teachers training for vocational education: to further strengthen the vocational and technical education, highlight the school characteristics; improve structure of students, improve the comprehensive quality of students; pay attention to the cultivation of practical teaching ability, improve the quality of dual-mode teachers; innovation of teacher training mode and improve the talent training scheme.
