摘要
就目前对于钢中缺陷"白点"的定义、形态、危害及形成等进行了讨论。并结合扫描电镜断口观察的实践,给出了白点的微观特征、成分分析结果,得出了白点与正常断裂断面形貌及成分的差别,验证了白点的性质就是钢中热加工过程产生的微裂纹。
The definition,morphology as well as the possible damages and forming process of flakes in steels was discussed. Combined with fracture observation by SEM,the microscopic features and composition analysis results were stated. Through that,the differences of features and composition between flakes and normal fractures were achieved,which proved that the nature of flakes is the microcracks produced during the steel hot working.
