As an important chapter in Miraculous Pivot,＂Miraculous Pivot and Needle Manipulation＂discusses six responses to acupuncture in patients with different constitutions and the causes and mechanisms of these responses. This article analyzes the academic thinking about acupuncture from the aspects of holistic review,coordinating and harmonizing yin and yang,different constitutions,different needling sensations,syndrome differentiation- based treatment,and guiding clinical practice,which lays the foundation for the clinical development of acupuncture.
