摘要 物联网技术是本世纪最具发展潜力的技术之一,超高频阅读器是物联网的重要组成部分.文章设计了一种超高频RFID射频前端载波抑制电路方案,抑制了发射功率串扰到接收电路的功率,提高了接收机的信噪比.首先分析了载波泄漏出现的原因,并介绍了电路整体框图,最后阐述了自动增益控制电路与载波抵消电路的原理.经实验验证,载波信号功率被抑制45dB左右,与传统的载波抑制电路相比,简单易实现. Internet of things technology is one of the most potential technology in the century, ultra high frequency reader is an important part of the internet of things. This paper introduces and designs a new way to suppress the carrier power in the UHF RFID, the solution solve the problem that the transmitting power in the RFID transmitting part leak part of power to the receive chain of RFID, in this case, the SNR will be enhanced in a large scale. Firstly, the paper analyzes the reason of the problem and tells the circuit of automatic gain control and carrier suppression(AGCCS). After verification, we conclude that the carrier power could be reduced 45 clB than before, and it could be easier to realize than traditional solutions.
