摘要
目的探究儿童呼吸道感染接受肺炎支原体抗体检测的临床意义。方法回顾性分析取252例呼吸道感染患者的临床资料,采用被动凝集法,对呼吸道感染儿童血清中MP抗体进行测定,观察检测阳性率情况。结果不同年龄段MP抗体检测:4~7岁组/7~14岁组阳性率较〈1岁组/1-4岁组高(45.09%/41.54%vs 23.25%/29.03%,P〈0.05);不同性别MP抗体检测:男性MP抗体检测阳性率与女性比较差异未见统计学意义(35.61%VS33.33%,P〉0.05);不同季节MP抗体检测:冬、春、秋、夏阳性率依次为48.05%、41.37%、24.00%、19.05%,各组间检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同呼吸道感染疾病MP抗体检测:肺炎组阳性率高于支气管肺炎、支气管炎组、上呼吸道感染组(41.67%vs27:50%;28.78%,35.48%,P〈0.05)。结论儿童呼吸道感染接受肺炎支原体抗体检测对指导其临床治疗、改善其预后具有十分重要的意义,值得临床积极借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection in respiratory tract infections in children. Methods The clinical data of 252 patients with respiratory tract infections were retrospectively analyzed. The MP serum antibody in serum of children with respiratory tract infections was measured by passive agglutination, and then the positive rate was obserVed. Results MP antibody testing at different ages: the positive rate of 4 -7 years old group/7 - 14 years old group was 45.09%/41.54% , the positive rate of younger than 1 years old group/ 1 -4 years old group was 23.25%/29. 03% , and the former was higher than the latter( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; MP antibody testing in different gender:male MP antibody positive rate was 35.61% , the female MP antibody positive rate was 33.33% , and there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; MP antibody testing in different seasons : the positive rates of winter, spring, autumn and summer respectively were 48.05% , 41.37%, 24. 00%, 19.05%, the detection rate of each group was significantly different( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; MP antibody testing in different respiratory infectious : the positive rate of pneumonia was 41.67%, the positive rates of tube pneumonia, bronchitis, upper respiratory infection respectively was 27.50%, 28.78% , 35.48% , and the former was higher than the latter(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Children with respiratory tract infections accepting mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection has an important influence on guiding the clinical treatment and improving the prognosis, it is worthy of actively learning.
