X线平片技术和多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在外伤性脊椎骨折诊断中的效果差异 被引量:19

Effect differences of X-ray plain radiography and multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of traumatic spinal fractures

摘要 目的探讨在外伤性脊柱骨折中实施多层螺旋CT三维重建技术与X线平片技术的诊断效果。方法选择聊城市第三人民医院2012年3月至2014年4月收治的71例外伤性脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,对所有患者行X线平片及多层螺旋CT三维重建技术进行诊断,分别判断两种诊断方式效果。结果多层螺旋CT在外伤性脊柱骨折类型的检查中,其检出率显著高于X线平片(P〈0.05);对脊柱骨折后解剖学改变情况检查显示,X线平片检出率明显低于多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在外伤性脊柱骨折中采取多层螺旋CT三维重建技术进行诊断检出率较高,对骨折解剖学改变检查准确率高,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the effect differences of X-ray plain radiography and multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of traumatic spinal fractures. Methods Seventy-one patients with traumatic spinal fractures who accepted from March 2012 to April 2014 were taken as the research objects and all these patients were diagnosed by X- ray plain radiography and multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction and the diagnosis effects of these two ways were compared. Results The relevance ratio of muhi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of traumatic spinal fractures was higher than the X-ray plain radiography(P 〈 0. 05) ;in addition, according to the anatomical changes after the spinal fractures, the relevance ratio of X-ray plain radiography was evidently lower than multi-slice spiral CT and the differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The relevance ratio of muhi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of traumatic spinal fractures is high and the accuracy rate of anatomical changes is also high. Thus, it should be promoted in the clinical application.
