外加周期势的石墨烯中新产生的无质量狄拉克费米子

摘要 研究了石墨烯外加渐变周期势时,会产生新的无质量狄拉克费米子。这些准粒子在超晶胞布里渊区边界附近产生,不同于原无质量狄拉克费米子,这些新的准粒子的群速具有各向异性。这些准粒子的波向量、广义赝自旋向量和群速不共线。此外还进一步发现,随着适当的三角对称周期势,会存在这些新的准粒子的能级窗,所以为实验研究新的无质量狄拉克费米子提供了一个很好的平台。
