摘要
利用一种新型的露点腐蚀模拟装置结合原位的电化学阻抗谱、电化学噪声等测试手段评价了304和316L两种不锈钢的盐酸露点腐蚀行为。结果表明,316L不锈钢表现出更优异的耐盐酸露点腐蚀性能,主要原因可归结为两点:一是316L不锈钢钝化膜中含有较高的Cr/(Cr+Fe)比以及较低含量的Fe;二是316L不锈钢钝化膜中含有能改善抗点蚀性能的Mo。
Hydrochloric dew point corrosion(DPC) behavior of 304 and 316 L stainless steels was investigated using a novel DPC simulation set-up with in situ measurements of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and electrochemical noise. The results indicated that the DPC resistance of316 L stainless steel was superior to 304. The difference of the corrosion performance for the two stainless steels can be ascribed to the following two aspects: the ratio of Cr/(Cr+Fe) is higher and the concentration of Fe is lower in the passive film of 316 L stainless steel. There exists Mo in the passive film, which can enhance its pitting resistance of 316 L stainless steel.
