课堂教学中教师主导性的强化策略研究

网络教育、视频公开课、多媒体教学在一定程度上削弱了传统课堂及课堂中教师的主导作用。本文在有色金属冶金学教学实践的基础上,提出了制作符合自己教学风格的多媒体课件、提升教师专业素养、完善教学方式,形成独特的教学风格能增强教师在课堂教学中的主导性,从而保持传统课堂的教学优势。

The importance of the traditional classroom teaching and the leading roles of teacher have been weak- ened by online education, video open course and multimedia teaching to some extent. Based on the teaching practice of non-ferrous metallurgy, this paper proposes making multimedia courseware in line with individual teaching style, enhancing the professional competence, improving teaching methods to form a unique teaching style, which are beneficial to enhancing the teachers＇ leading roles in the classroom, and maintaining the teaching advantages of traditional classroom teaching.
