摘要
半导体器件的发展日新月异,传统的弱电专业半导体器件课程教学存在知识系统更新慢、理论推导繁缛、教学方式僵化等问题,导致学生学习兴趣不高,对半导体器件前沿领域关注不够,制约了半导体器件课程的实际教学效果。针对这一问题,本文探讨了将科研思维贯穿在《半导体器件基础》课程中的教学方法,将最新的科研动态和学科科研思维融合到课程的教学中,引导学生自主学习,并实现教师教、学相长的目的。该教学方法的实践表明,学生的学习兴趣、学习意识、学习主动性提高,教学效果得到明显提升。
The development of semiconductor devices is changing with each passing day. The traditional teaching method of semiconductor device courses has the problems of slow updated knowledge system, complicated theory and rigid teaching method, which dampens students" interest in the front area of semiconductor devices, and thus influ- ences the actual teaching effect of the course of semiconductor devices. To solve this problem, this paper discussed the application of scientific research thinking teaching method in "semiconductor device" course. The integration of the latest research developments and scientific thinking into the teaching course helps to guide students to self-study and to realize the purpose of teachers" teaching and learning. The practice of this teaching method shows that improvement of students" learning interest, learning consciousness and learning initiative has a positive and obvious im- pact on the teaching effect.
