摘要
考虑到不同班级间存在的生源与教学实施的差异,为了使每个班集体内都充满竞争,为了使每个班集体在评比中都充满希望,减少师生在课程考核中的矛盾,学校应当将同一年级、同一生源、同一专业、同一任课老师的学生作为一个群体,对每个群体的优秀率和最大不及格率单独控制。
In view of the differences of students and teaching implementation in different classes, this paper proposes that students of the same grade, the same source, the same profession, and the same instructor be regarded as one group, and that the excellent rate and maximum failure rate of every group should be separately controlled, so as to maintain the competitiveness and fairness, and to reduce conflicts in the assessment of students and teachers in the curriculum.
