摘要
目的:探讨翻转课堂在本科《内科护理学》理论教学中的应用。方法:选择某校2013级本科护生为研究对象,以大班为单位分别设为实验组(127人)和对照组(164人)。实验组在《内科护理学》部分章节授课过程中引入翻转课堂教学模式,对照组全程采用传统授课方式。结果:(1)实验组在实施翻转课堂教学部分理论测试平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);实验组测试总成绩平均值高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。(2)实验组护生认为翻转课堂在提高对疾病知识深入掌握、自主学习能力的培养、分析和解决问题能力的培养、沟通及团队合作意识的培养等方面具有积极作用。结论:将反转课堂引入本科护生的《内科护理学》理论教学,可弥补传统课堂的不足,有利于促进护生综合素质培养。
Objective: discussing the application of the flipped classroom in the theory teaching of undergraduate Medical Nursing. Method: choosing the nursing students of grades 2013 in certain'school as research object, dividing the students into two big class and setting them as experimental group (127 students) and control group (164 students) respectively. During the teaching of some chapters of Medical Nursing, the teaching method of flipped class-room should be applied. While the control group should adopts the traditional teaching method all the time. Results: (1)The experimental group gets higher average scores in the chapters taught with the teaching model of flipped class- room than the control group. However, the difference has statistical significance (p〈0.05); the average total score of the experimental group is higher than the control group, but the difference has no statistical significance (p〉0.05) (2) The nursing students of experimental group reckon that the flipped classroom has positive effect on several aspects, such as facilitating the students to master the disease knowledge deeply, fostering the independent learning capability, problem analyzing and solving capability, as well as the communication and teamwork awareness, etc.. Conclusion: the introducing of the flipped classroom in the theory teaching of undergraduate Medical Nursing can make up for the deficiencies of traditional class, and facilitate the cultivation of the nursing students' comprehensive qualities.
