高校图书馆电子阅览室的管理策略分析

高校图书馆电子阅览室的建设,是高校师生获取信息资源的主要场所,也是高等教育现代化发展不可缺少的组成部分,为高校图书馆的发展提供了新的方向。但是现阶段,我国高校图书馆电子阅览室在管理方面,还存在很多不足之处,管理人员素质不高,各项设施比较落后等等。因此,通过对高校图书馆电子阅览室管理工作的研究分析,提出具体解决措施,进而提升电子阅览室的管理水平,具有深刻的现实性意义。

Electronic reading room in colleges and universities not only serves as the primary resource of information for teachers and students, but also an integral part of the development of the modernization of higher education, which points out a new direction for libraries in colleges and universities. But at this stage, there are still many deficiencies in the management of electronic reading room, such as the unqualified management personnel, the outdated facilities and so on. Therefore, this paper analyzes the management of electronic reading room in colleges and universities, and puts forward concrete solutions in order to enhance the level of management of electronic read- ing room, which has a profound practical significance.
