基于科技创新人才选拔的博士生招考工作的思考

随着国家创新驱动发展战略的提出,培养大批高层次创新型科技人才迫在眉睫,博士研究生作为高层次科技创新人才的重要主体,提高生源质量,进一步完善博士生招生选拔工作成为招生单位的重要课题。文章以创新型人才选拔为目标,分析科技创新人才的特质和评价维度,指出目前博士生招考工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的思考性建议。

With the introduction of national innovation-driven strategy, it is extremely urgent to cultivate a large number of high-level innovative talents of science and technology. Due to the fact that doctoral candidates are the main body of high-level innovative talents of science and technology, it has become the main subject of universities to improve the quality of students and further enhance the enrollment and selection of doctoral students. Aiming at the goal of innovative talents selection, this paper analyzes the characteristics and evaluation dimensions of innovative talents of science and technology, points out the problems existing in the doctoral student admission selection, and proposes some thoughtful suggestions.
