基于法治中国下高校学生“红色思想”秉承性的探究

目前的中国已经进入了物质和精神文明发展较快较高的状态,中国的文明秩序有了一个相对稳定且和谐的环境,在国际社会上所树立的大国形象更加伟岸,所担当起来的大国责任也愈加明显。衡量一个国家是否是真正意义上的大国,"法治"指标占了相对较高的比例。建设社会主义法治中国,是建设富强明主文明和谐的现代化社会主义国家的重要目标之一。在探索社会主义发展的道路中,中国共产党带领全国各族人民成功探索出了中国要走社会主义法治的道路。中国的法治目前正处于日趋成熟和相对完善的阶段,但也有不足的地方,目睹当前的高校学生所做出的各种不正当行为,可以总结出在高等学校里的学生的政治思想还不够成熟,"红色思想"急需提高,道德素质的修养还需加强。国家的优秀传统和正确的革命思想在高校学生中必须得以传承,高校学生终究会走向社会的各个岗位,而且各个行业的领导层面绝大多数是由经过高等教育的学子培养起来的,因为其可塑性较强。高校学生具有了更高的政治思想意识就会迸发出更好的法治观念,为社会主义法治中国的建设增添新血液。只有把高等学校学生的"红色思想"正确且完整的建立好,中国的社会主义现代化建设才更具有生机和活力,才具有牢不可摧的持久性。

With the rapid development of material and spiritual civilization in china, a relatively stable and harmonious environment has been created for the order of civilization, which helps to set up the power image and therefore bears more responsibility in the international community. ＂The rule of law＂ index accounts for a high proportion in the measurement of a major power. The establishment of socialist rule of law in China is one of the important goals in the establishment of a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country. In exploring the road of socialist development, the Chinese communist party led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups succeeded in exploring the way of the socialist rule of law. The rule of law in China is now in the stage of mature and relatively perfect, but also has many insufficient places. Considering the misconduct of the current col- lege students, it can be summed up that the political and ideological education in colleges and universities is not mature enough. Excellent tradition and the revolutionary ideas should be passed on in college students. College stu- dents will take jobs in society and the majority of the leaders in different industries are cultivated by higher edu- cation. Higher political ideology of college students will burst out better concept of rule of law, adding new energy to the construction of Chinese socialism rule of law. Only by correctly and completely establishing the idea of ＂red＂ among students in colleges and universities can China＇s socialist modernization construction become more vital, vigor and enduring.
