浅析当前高校实施人性化思想教育的有效措施

随着我国教育体制改革的不断发展,高校的规模也不断扩大,大学生的数量也呈现出逐年上升的趋势,高校在进行大学生思想教育的过程中将会面临更大的挑战。现阶段,我国多数高校将教育重点放在课堂教学与学生管理上,往往忽视了对大学生的思想教育,这对大学生的全面健康发展来说是十分不利的,因此高校应该加大对大学生的思想教育。
