摘要
试验研究表明,烟煤M的燃烧性要好于兰炭XJ,兰炭XJ燃烧后期燃烧速度变慢。随着烟煤M配比量的增加,混煤的燃烧性逐渐变好。烟煤M对改善混煤的可燃性具有重要作用,当烟煤配比量超过20%时,能显著提高混煤的综合燃烧特性指数。研究结果表明,兰炭XJ与烟煤M在成分、微观结构及化学结构上具有显著的差异性,这是导致烟煤M燃烧性好于兰炭XJ的本质原因。
Experimental study showed that combustibility of coal M was better than that of semi coke XJ, and com- bustion speed of semi coke XJ became slower at the last combustion stage at high temperature. With the increase of percent of bituminous coal, the combustion of blending coal was better. Bituminous coal M played an important role in the improvement of ignitability of blending coal. The comprehensive combustion characteristic index of blending coal was significantly increased, when the percentage of bituminous coal M was above 20%. There was obvious difference in the composition, microstructure and chemical structure between semi coke XJ and bituminous coal M, which was the essence reason why the combustibility of bituminous coal M was better than semi coke XJ.
