摘要
通过定义煤体爆破损伤本构模型,利用fish语言编写计算代码,选择高斯脉冲函数作为爆炸波输入动力荷载,设置静态边界条件和对称边界条件,划分有限差分网格,建立了UDEC煤体深孔预裂控制爆破损伤模型,分析了煤体中距炮孔不同距离处爆炸应力波传播规律以及煤体爆破损伤区的扩展过程。研究结果表明:煤体中爆炸应力波随径向裂隙的扩展呈非线性指数衰减;煤体爆破损伤的最大损伤半径为3 m,且炸药起爆至煤体损伤破坏时间很短,大约为5.11 ms;煤体深孔预裂控制爆破最优炮孔间距为6 m。
The UDEC coal deep-hole preplitting blasting damage constitutive model of coal seam was set up by means of using fish language to edit calculation code,choosing Gaussian source function as input of explosive waves dynamic loading,applying quiet boundaries and dividing blocks into deformable triangular finite-difference zones.Through analyzing the propagating laws of blasting stress wave in coal seam and the expansion of blasting damage zone,the results shows that the explosion stress waves propagated as a nonlinear-exponential dissipation trend. Meanwhile,the radius of explosion damage in coal seam reached the maximum value 3 m. Moreover,the time between the ignition and the damage to coal seam was extremely short with about 5. 11 ms. Furthermore,the optimal hole spacing of deep-hole pre-splitting explosion was obtained as 6 m.
