摘要 为了安全拆除18层剪力墙结构楼房,由于环境十分复杂,采用了双切口定向折叠爆破与机械拆除相结合的方式,采取减振沟槽、减振堤、废旧轮胎及橡胶皮等措施降低振动;采取草袋、草帘、竹篱笆、跳板、密目防护网、排栅、缓冲挡墙等安全防护措施防止飞石及滚石危害;同时实施了拆除爆破安全管理体系研究及应用,达到良好的拆除爆破效果,在爆破拆除的飞石、滚石、振动危害控制及拆除爆破安全管理方面取得了较好成效,对城市控制爆破拆除及其它复杂环境爆破作业有较好的参考作用。 To demolish an eighteen-storey shear wall structure building safely,the double directional folding blasting cut combined with mechanical dismantling was applied due to complex environment. Meanwhile,some measures were used,such as damping groove,anti-vibration dike,old tires and rubber skin,to reduce vibration. In addition,some security protection measures were chosen,such as sack,hulls,bamboo fence,springboard,dense mesh fence protection,mat and cushion retaining wall,to prevent flyrock and rolling stones. The application of demolition blasting and safety management system achieved good effect,with no flyrock and rolling stone and vibration harm from the blasting demolition. Good achievements were obtained in demolition blasting safety management,which provides reference for urban controlled blasting demolition and blasting operations in complex environment.
