推进管理重心下移,提升校院管理能力——关于E大学管理重心下移问题的调查研究

Advance the Management Center of Gravity Down,Promote Universities and Colleges Management Ability——A Investigation of the Problem about E University Management Center of Gravity Down

随着高等教育规模的扩张和国际竞争的激烈化,我国大学加快了管理体制改革的进程。本研究借推行校院两级管理及管理重心下移改革的契机,依据问卷调查结果,对E大学管理重心下移改革的有关问题进行了深入剖析,进而针对调研中发现的问题提出了几点建议。

With the expansion of higher education scale and the intensification of international competi tion, universities in China accelerate the pace of reform of the management system. According to the questionnaire survey results, this study uses the reform of two levels management and management center of gravity down as an opportunity to deeply explore the related management problems of E universities, and put forward some valuable suggestions.
