摘要
我们对化工流程模拟类课程的教学内容、教学方法和考核方式等进行了调整和补充,改变了该类课程只讲授化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus的具体应用的单一教学方式,将相关的化工专业基础理论作为重要补充,形成了以Aspen Plus软件应用的课堂讲解与演示为主、相关理论知识讲解为重要补充的教学方案。这种化工模拟教学新模式兼顾了基础理论与应用实践,便于学生理解和掌握知识,课堂效果较好。
This paper mainly discussed the innovation on the teaching contents, the teaching methods and the way of examination for the course of chemical process simulation. The single teaching mode only to simulate unit operation and the chemical process by Aspen Plus software was changed, and complemented with the related basis theories of chemical process simulation. The new teaching mode was mainly to explain and demonstrate the application of Aspen Plus software in the classroom, and the explanations of relevant theoretical knowledge were the important supplementary. This new teaching mode of chemical engineering simulation had both the basic theory and practical application, which was convenient for students to understand and master the knowledge. Good effects were achieved in the classroom.
