摘要
节能环保是新型化工的发展方向,在化工原理教学中重视对学生节能意识的教育是化工高等教育的责任。离心泵作为重要的流体输送设备和耗能设备,在对学生的节能意识教育中具有典型性。本文从离心泵的结构设计、操作调节和选型三方面阐述了离心泵的节能途径,并从教学内容的各方面对开展节能教育实践进行了介绍。
Energy saving and environmental protection are the development direction of new chemical industry. So it is the responsibility of chemical higher education to pay more attention to the energy saving awareness training of students in the teaching of chemical engineering principles. As the main fluid-conveying and energy-consuming equipment, centrifugal pump has the typical characteristics in the students" energy-saving consciousness education. In this paper, energy saving way of centrifugal pump is elabora ted from three aspects, including structure design, operation regulation and type selection. The practice of energy saving education is introduced from several aspects of the teaching contents.
