摘要
本文介绍了如何用数学的方法分析求解自催化反应所需的反应体积,并比较了在相同反应条件下达到相同转化率时,平推流、全混流及其组合反应器所需反应体积的大小。实例计算结果表明,选择平推流反应器并非就优于全混流反应器,达到最小反应体积的最佳组合方式要通过对反应速率方程式的具体分析得出。本文为学生更好地学习反应器的优化组合及计算反应体积提供了一个新思路。
In the process of studying chemical reaction engineering, reaction volume of autocatalysis reac tion is calculated using mathematical techniques, the minimum reaction volumes to reach the same conver sion rate under the same conditions of the plug flow reactor(PFR), the continuous stirred-tank reactor ( CSTR), and the combination of both are compared. Calculation presents that it's not necessarily better to choose PFR over CSTR, further analysis according to reaction rate equation is required to determine the best combination of minimum reaction volumes. This essay provides a new idea for students to better learning the optimization of reactors, as well as the calculation of reaction volumes.
