论中医肾脏病学的发展

History evolution and progress of kidney disease of traditional Chinese medicine

中医学应用于治疗肾脏病已有几千年的历史,其为中华名族的繁衍生息作出了巨大贡献,自20世纪50年代首次提出中医肾脏病概念至今,已形成了以中医理论体系为基础,具有大量文献资料和丰富实践经验、独具特色、自成一体的中医肾脏病学学科。目前,中医肾脏病学不仅对于中医"肾"的概念认识更为全面,在病名的规范化、诊疗手段的多样化方面亦较前有所进展,而循证医学及转化医学等概念的引入则必将对于中医肾脏病学的有效性及科学性提供更有力的支撑,文章将就中医肾脏病学的历史沿革及进展进行述评。

Traditional Chinese medicine has been applied in treating kidney disease for thousands of years, which has made enormous contributions to the lives and breeds of Chinese nation. Since the TCM concept of kidney disease put forward firstly in 1950 s, TCM kidney disease discipline had formed with its own characteristics and style based on the TCM theoretical system, plenty of literatures, and rich practical experience. Nowadays, not only the concept of ‘kidney＇ in traditional Chinese medicine has been understood widely and deeply, but also the researches about standardization of the name of kidney disease and diversification of diagnosis and treatment methods have made some progress. Introduction of the concept of evidence-based medicine and translation medicine would provide more effective and scientific support for TCM kidney disease discipline. This paper describes the history evolution and progress of kidney disease of traditional Chinese medicine.
