从运气学说探讨丙申年肝纤维化的综合防治规律

几千年来中医药记载有大量有关肝纤维化相关疾病的诊疗经验,中医药干预在促进肝纤维化与一定程度的肝硬化逆转方面具有较好的综合疗效。运气学说是中医学最重要的基础理论之一,它是古人用以推测气候变化、预测疾病盛衰的重要医学遗产,对中医疾病诊断与治疗乃至养生保健,都有着积极意义和重要影响。文章通过对运气学说进行挖掘,对丙申年的运气特点进行推演,结合肝纤维化的病机特点,探讨丙申年肝纤维化的综合诊治规律,以期为本年肝纤维化的中医药诊治及养生调护提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has a lot of experience in the treatment of liver fibrosis related diseases over thousands of years, also Chinese medicine treatment has a better comprehensive curative effect in the reversal of liver fibrosis and early liver cirrhosis. Doctrine on yunqi is one of the most important basic TCM theories, it is a copy of precious medical legacy for the ancients to conjecture the climatic change and predict the vicissitude of many diseases. It has a positive meaning and important influence on the diagnosis, treatment and health care of TCM. This article has a discussion on the characteristics of yunqi in Bingshen year and liver fibrosis, exploring the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis, Bingshen year clinical manifestation, treatment, selection of drugs and health care and so on, in order to provide reference for comprehensive prevention and treatment for liver fibrosis in Bingshen years.
