脑动脉硬化症常见证候和证候要素的现代文献研究

Study on modern literatures about common syndromes and syndrome elements of cerebral atherosclerosis

文章对符合要求的脑动脉硬化症36篇文献中涉及的证候和证候要素进行梳理,运用Excel进行频次统计。分析结果表明:脑动脉硬化症最常见的证候依次是肝阳上亢证、肾精亏虚证、肝肾阴虚证、痰瘀互结证、气虚血瘀证、气血亏虚证、痰浊中阻证;病位为肾、肝、脾、脑、心、血脉、清窍;病性为血瘀、痰浊、肾虚、肝阳、风、正虚等。

The syndromes and syndrome elements involved in 36 literatures about cerebral atherosclerosis were reviewed, and the frequency was analyzed by using Excel. The analysis results showed that： The most common syndromes of cerebral atherosclerosis were syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang, syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence, syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of blood stasis due to deficient qi, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, and syndrome of phlegm-turbidity stagnation. Disease locations of cerebral atherosclerosis were mainly the kidney, liver, spleen, brain, heart, blood vessel and clear orifices. The disease nature was blood stasis, turbid phlegm, kidney deficiency, liver yang, wind and vital qi deficiency, and so on.
